The Story Behind Napoli Street
At Orchard Hills North, every street name is chosen to reflect the people and stories that have shaped the region into what it is today. Napoli Street in stage 2 of Orchard Hills North is one such tribute. Honouring the legacy of Salvatore Napoli, a pioneering orchard farm and his lasting contribution to the local Penrith area and the Orchard Hills community.
The Napoli family played an important role in the region’s rich agricultural past, growing fruit on the fertile land that once defined Orchard Hills. Through hard work and dedication, Salvatore Napoli helped build not just a livelihood, but a strong connection to the land and the local community.
Today, that legacy lives on through his son, Tony Napoli, who shares a personal connection to Orchard Hills and its transformation over time. Tony recalls a childhood surrounded by orchards, where life revolved around family, farming, and a close-knit community. It was a place where neighbours supported one another.
As Orchard Hills North evolves into a vibrant new community, the naming of Napoli Street ensures that stories like the Napoli family continue to be remembered and celebrated. It’s a meaningful way of connecting the past with the future — honouring those who helped shape the region.
Napoli Street is more than just a name. It’s a tribute to heritage, family, and the enduring spirit of Orchard Hills.

New Land Release Sells Out in 90 Minutes
The latest land release at Orchard Hills North proved extremely popular with all 38 lots selling on the day of release. Over 100 people had registered to purchase with some groups queuing for five days (and nights!) prior to the release. There was lots of excitement from those able to secure a block as they look forward to building their dream home in the new community.
